Southeast Asia 3PL Capacity Adds 4.2M Sq Ft in Q1

3PL providers in Southeast Asia added 4.2M sq ft of warehouse capacity in Q1 2026. Ninja Van and J&T Express now serve 85% of cross-border SMEs operating in the region.

The capacity expansion reduces entry barriers for asset-light brands. Average 3PL fulfillment cost declined 8% quarter-over-quarter to $2.10 per order.

For expansion leaders, this means partner infrastructure is more accessible and cost-competitive than ever before.
